A Star Motors had a great selection of vehicles, and the customer service I received from Junior and Dominic was amazing. They were kind, fast, understanding, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They even delivered my vehicle to my home so I didn’t have to make another trip back in, which I truly appreciated.Aaron was also incredible when it came to making accommodations for my vehicle and keeping communication clear throughout the process. Overall, the team made me feel taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend A Star Motors for their excellent customer service and professionalism.

Needed a car fast and they definitely helped me out! Jairo and Dom were a really big help in getting me a good deal on it. It’s a good group of people that work here. Definitely check them out if your looking for some new wheels!

Carlos and the team at A Star Motors were exceptional. They had very reasonable prices and helped me secure a great interest rate.I live in El Paso and was planning an 8-hour round trip in one day to pick up the vehicle. Instead, Carlos offered to meet me halfway in Elephant Butte on a Saturday evening, saving me about 4 hours of driving. That level of service really stood out.Overall, they made my first vehicle purchase smooth and easy. I highly recommend Carlos and the team at A Star Motors.

We had an amazing experience at Astar Automotive! From the moment we walked in, Junior made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had the whole family with us, and he went out of his way to make sure everyone felt taken care of throughout the entire process. Junior was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale.Dominic in the finance department was also fantastic. He explained everything clearly and made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. Both of them worked together to make the experience easy and enjoyable.If you're looking for a great car buying experience, I highly recommend going to Astar Automotive and asking for Junior personally.
